Bonding - NADCAP

Sun Country Industries casts specialty two part elastomers and adhesively bonds this material and Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) to different substrates. We also bond with Epoxy film adhesives, and perform RTV encapsulation of manufactured hardware, all with elevated temperature cure cycles. Controlled, calibrated sub-zero shelf life storage, in house tooling capabilities and oven ranges to 500F, with sizes to 36W x 24D x 40H, all calibrated and digitally controlled per AMS 2750 - Pyrometry are utilized in these processes.
